He is! He's a maltese mix, and he's so sweet!
I was just going to say this looks like a Maltese I had when I was in my early 20's.
I had terrible times keeping her clean...she was like a velcro for dirt! And I had to keep trimming round her eyes because she would get big rusty marks and get sore eyes.
