Number 42

It's hard to believe that I have made 42 junk mail postcards, and I still enjoy creating them. Recycling junk mail has made me use different palettes of color each day, and it has given me the ability to experiment with new techniques on a small scale. Today's postcard is such an experiment. The background is strips of junk mail, which I sanded, and then I used a painted overlay to add the look of grunge. I think I like this look!
