Baby Squirrels
Earlier in the summer, we noticed a squirrel nest in one of our ash trees. With three terriers living here, this is not a normal occurrence. The nest grew bigger and bigger, and soon we noticed mama squirrel in the trees with three young baby squirrels. At times it seems like she is teaching them to run and play in the trees. Of course they torment our dogs to no end, but we enjoy watching them play!

Ha, looks like she's putting on the brakes there. When we go out in our yard we usually hear some of these critters chattering at us. They are quite territorial.
